I love me some French macarons! :-)

I really hate being sick. I mean I do understand that people in general don’t like being sick, but I am just bored out of my mind!

Is it weird that I wish I could just go to work? But of course if I do, I’d be coughing constantly, most likely increasing the possibility to infect people around me with the flu…oh don’t get me started with my Contagion paranoia…

I’m weird, plain and simple. A workaholic, drowning myself in work because it’s something for me to do. I mean the work isn’t so exciting and it’s definitely not mentally stimulating compared to other jobs, but it’s my job at the moment. It’s something to do.

Good thing is that I just sound congested and nasally. No longer do I sound like a wheezing old person or a man (which I am definitely neither) and I don’t have a the fevers :-) . 

I need to work. I need to do something, yet forcing my body to move won’t help me heal faster. Dammit.

I guess I’m just going to follow my recent daily routine of drinking Theraflu, tea, orange juice, and water, growing myself in Vicks VapoRub, and resting…

I better be well by Monday…PLEASE LET ME BE WELL BEFORE MONDAY!

I’ve been digging this song for a long time now. It’s one of the few things in life that makes me happy…a fairly sad realization that I have to admit. But this song makes me smile and is calming. :-)

Look at the picture. Is it me or does Justin Long’s guest character on That 70’s Show look a little bit like the Dummy from Adrien Brody’s 2002 Film Dummy? I mean I could totally be wrong and yes these pictures are not the best pictures of the doll and J. Long, but, you have to see a little similarity…
